Who remembers B-Thong? That great Swedish band from the 90s,and had success in Europe in 1994. The brain behind the band at the time was Tony Jelencovich. And right now he is back with his second brainchild: Transport League.
Transport League was founded in 1995 after the departure of Jelencovich from B-Thong. Heavy, technical and somewhat industrial-sounding albums with a thought of Pantera and Danzig but also the more alternative sounds. Transport League mainly carried out technical , tight, heavy but groovy metal. The combination of heavy riffs (hello Danzig) with the proper roar Jelencovich made the sound of our Swedish friends unique. The band eventually came to four releases, including Multiple Organ Harvest 'from 2003 was the last. But behold, they're back! And how! The new album 'Boogie From Hell' shows an inspired band, a band that still can. Still, it is hard, tight and heavy but we hear also a lot 'boogie' back in the new work of Transport League. And we know from the past that the band especially know to impress live We rejoice in any case already on the 'Boogie From Sweden, or no, Hell'.
