In 2006 Tool Silence come back in studio to record the first album "The Blazing Ice" produced by Facchinetti himself. "The Blazing Ice" is a mix between prog and gothic metal, with celtic and epic shades. the two different guitar melodies merge with the bass and the lyrics creating a very special mix. Master was recorded by Vonatan Rukhman in solid groove studio (ian paice, moonstone project, ...) with the tips of max numa (guitarist of hystorical bands "hallowed" and "Savanna nix"). Lyrics are about agonies, death, past life, nightmares, ... the male voice is claudio facheris from the band "Methedras".
