'Dictatorship Of Dead Labour' is a collaborative release that features the imaginative efforts of Birmingham's visual/installation/conceptual artist Justin Wiggans' solo noise project Roadside Picnic and Maurizio Bianchi (M.B.), an Italian pioneer of industrial music.
