Danny Adler came up in the 1960’s R&B scene backing up such giants as Chuck Berry, Bo Diddley, Slim Harpo, Arthur “Big Boy” Crudup, Amos Milburn, T-Bone Walker, John Lee Hooker, Solomon Burke and Bootsy Collins. He led his own successful bands Roogalator ™ and the Danny Adler Band in the 1970s and 80s as well as collaborating with Nick Lowe, Charlie Watts, Ian Stewart, Jack Bruce and Dr. John. Danny currently has over 40 albums in two series on iTunes (BMG Chrysalis). They consist of the Masterworks Series (DALP) of which volume 19 (This Album) is due out this month featuring brand new material, and the DA Legacy Series. He has a great new road band.
