...1990-1996' - Led by the legendary Doug Sahm, Texas Tornados was a genuine roots rock supergroup which also included Tejano Crooner extraordinaire Freddy Fender, Vox organ champion Augie Meyers, who played with Sahm in the Sir Douglas Quintet, and The King of Conjunto himself, accordionist Flaco Jimnez. The DOUBLE-CD compilation 'A Little Bit Is Better Than Nada-Prime Cuts 1990-1996' contains 39 remastered tracks taken from all four of the band's albums for Reprise and rare tracks. Also included are liner notes and archival photos.
