Mòs ensemble is a band around Belgian bass player Kobe Boon. Initial a seven-piece band formed in Ghent, their key element was looking for a wide range of possibilities with the human voice. Ranging from jazz to classical, from electronic to indie influences, all of the musicians being very open-minded in their musical interest. 'Behind The Marble' maintains the wealth of its predecessor 'Limbs', but digs deeper, dances more frivolously and explores the edges more eagerly. With the appearance of their eighth band member Roos Denayer (vocals, guitar), the band's potential and reach are broadened considerably. This richness sizzles, confuses, impresses and excites.
