Popis - HAXAN:
In between the albums 'Skit I Allt' (2010) and 'Allas Sak'
(2015), the beloved Stockholm quartet ws invited to create an
original score to German pioneer Lotte Reiniger's 1926
touchstone 'The Adventures Of Prince Achmed', the oldest
surviving feature-length animated film. The story is based on a
fairytale inspired by 'One Thousand And One Nights', to be more
precisely, the story of prince Ahmed and the fairy Paribanou
featured in Andrew Lang's 'Blue Fairy Book'. Dungen's signature
sound is present, but there also are dissonant free-form
rock-outs, small ambient passages and beautiful cinematic soundscapes.
